A TT Practice Group is a place to increase your Therapeutic Touch™ Skills in a Supportive environment.
Most Practitioners of Therapeutic Touch™ agree that being a member of a Practice Group has both increased and helped maintain their Therapeutic Touch™ skills.
- An introduction
of each member gives participants an opportunity to present ideas, information
and issues related to Therapeutic Touch™
- A centering
exercise or meditation
- Therapeutic
Touch™ Treatments are exchanged
- The group gathers
for discussion of treatment
- Closure
- Some groups
offer refreshments
- There can be
a donation to cover room rent costs or for Therapeutic Touch™ material
- This format can be altered to fit the needs of individual groups and may include guest speakers, discussion of an article or review a basic principle of Therapeutic Touch™.

How Do You Become a Therapeutic Touch™ Practice Group Leader
Ideally,
a group leader will be a Practitioner with the Therapeutic Touch™ maturity
and experience to handle challenging situations.
But, if you have completed an initial Therapeutic Touch™ course and have the desire, to start a Practice Group, the Network can provide start-up material and support to get you on your way.

Since February of 1999 a group Therapeutic Touch™ people have been meeting on the third Monday of the month to further our own understanding of Therapeutic Touch™ as a way of living the healers path.
The intent in forming an advanced Practice Study Group, in addition to regular Practice Groups, was to provide more opportunities for advance Practitioners of Therapeutic Touch™, who are mature in their understanding and practice of Therapeutic Touch™, the opportunity to explore the 'growing edge' of their Therapeutic Touch™ practice. To join the study group, Practitioners with Therapeutic Touch™ training need good solid Krieger/Kunz Therapeutic Touch™ skills and a demonstrated desire to explore their paths as healers. The minimum requirement to attend is Recognized Practitioner status or equivalent.
